Since few days I couldn’t sleep, I am feeling uncomfortable and thinking about the pain, an eight-year-old Asifa had to withstand.
Fainted with hunger because of drugs, she could not scream, nor could she feel anything. Every day she was being gang raped. When her numb body was not worth anymore for 8 accused then she was killed. It was the 8-year-old Asifa an innocent little girl who was kidnapped from a spot near her house close to Rasana village in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, sedated, gangraped and then murdered.
Neither her nor your god listened to her painful cries or saved her!
But why are you communalising the horrific rape and murder of Asifa in Kathua? Those who are supporting #Asifa rapists & killers on communal lines. And those who are trying to give it a communal colour. Remember! She was raped many-many times bringing her near death. Then, she was given three tablets of epitril 0.5 mg on empty stomach. Yes on empty stomach. Where was your supreme God at that time when she was raped in a prayer hall for three days? Why neither her nor your god listened to her painful cries or saved her?
A juvenile turned out to be the main player in it.
The juvenile, yes the juvenile who is called as a child or young person who is not yet old enough to be regarded as an adult turned out to be the main player in the abduction , rape & murder.
The juvenile or I would say rapist killed her by pressing his knees against her back and strangulated the girl by applying force on both the ends of her Chunni. What is more horrifying is that in order to make sure that the victim is dead, he hit her twice on her head with a stone.”
When #Asifa was kept alive only to be raped again!
And you know what? Just before killing her Asifa Bano was gangraped brutally one more time by juvenile and the policeman. The young girl was forced to live for longer so that one of the accused could rape her one more time, before finally strangling her to death. Her private parts were injured and there were serious injuries to her uterus due to the sexual assault. Isn’t that enough to shake us?
The smallest coffins are the heaviest!
Can you imagine her pain? Can you imagine the pain of a mother who saw lifeless body of her young 8 yrs old daughter? Can you imagine the pain of those brothers who have lost their young cheerful sister. Can you imagine the pain of a depressed father who will never see her daughter’s face again?
The smallest coffins are the heaviest. Their daughter was their dream, life and most importantly hope. If you don’t feel their pain, you are not human!
We failed you Asifa. We have not just failed you, but have also instilled fear in several other young kids across our country.
If we don’t rise now, then when? Does it have to be your own beautiful daughter for you to understand? I Want #JusticeforAsifa & You?
