
A cupcake is a cute way to treat one person, that is, you. This eggless chocolate cupcake is easy to make, unusually moist chocolate cupcakes and no mixer required! The egg less cup cake we are going to show you today is a spongy and moist cake, that we will be preparing in the pressure cooker, you can also make it in microwave.

Ingredients

6 servings
- 1 cup maida (all purpose flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar(powdered)
- 3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4-5 drops vanilla essence
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Choco chips,walnuts
- Chocolate syrup for dressing (optional)
- 3-4 tsp Oil
- Salt – 2 Cups{For Baking}
Steps

– Take maida (flour), unsweetened coco powder, sugar, baking soda and baking powder in a sieve. Mix it well and sieve the dry flours.
– Add water, oil, vanilla essence and vinegar and mix it well.
– Until batter is getting ready preheat the cooker on medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes and put salt into the cooker
– Add chocolate chip and walnut and mix it well.
– Fill the batter in cup cake mould. Don’t fill the mould completely..fill only 3/4 mould with batter.
– Garnish with chocolate chips and walnuts. Put an empty plate that we get with cooker.
– Take a big pressure cooker and add in the salt. Now place a wire stand and a perforated plate over it. Put the cup cakes moulds on it. Cover the cooker with lid and remove whistle and gasket. Also Read: Best Red Velvet Cake For Christmas With Video
– Bake the cake on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes,after that insert a toothpick at center of the cake,if it comes out clean then your cake is ready.
– After baking let them cool for sometime and garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate syrup…and your tasty cupcakes are ready to eat.
