Ingredients used in JANMASTAMI POHA PRASADAM
• Flattened rice – 1 cup.
• Jaggery – 3/4 cup.
• Fresh coconut. – 1/2 cup.
• Ghee – 1 tea spoon.
• Cashew nuts – 8 numbers.
• Raisins – 10 numbers.
• Almonds – 2-3 numbers.
• Cardamom powder – 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add slighted soaked flattened rice, grated jaggery, grated coconut.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, almonds and saute it.
  • Transfer into flattened rice bowl and add cardamom powder and mix nicely.

Now janmastami poha prasadam is ready to serve.
