Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich
Just take a boiled egg and mash it with the help of a fork. Add parsley, coriander, little pinch of salt and 3 spoon mayonnaise. Now cover the bowl with a plate and leave in the fridge for 25 minutes.
Take bread slices and butter them. Spread the mixture on the bread to make the sandwich. After that spread the Mayo mixture on the bread and cut the egg mayo sandwich in to triangles. Now garnish sandwiches with parsley and coriander.
Take boiled eggs and slice them into two pieces. Now start piercing them with a fork in a delicate manner. Piercing prevents eggs from bursting.
Take a bowl and add fine chopped onions, garlic, and green chillies as per your choice and make a fine paste. Now in the same bowl add besan(chickpeas flour), salt, turmeric, cumin seeds, rice flour and make a batter using water as much as needed.
