We know that devotees are either fasting or have adopted a vegetarian lifestyle as it is Navaratri season. Do you know you can detox and quench your thirst with Navaratri special drinks? Fasting can be a hard experience. But that does not mean that you can’t have refreshing drink this Navratri.
Here are 5 fasting drinking recipes that you will definitely like. Thank us later!
Chop 2 mangoes and add to the blender.
Add sugar syrup, if required. Blend it and make fine smoothie. Add ice cubes.
Orange Mint Juice
It is a perfect summer drink that you can try this Navratri. Muddle 5 mint leaves and add some lime juice, sugar syrup and fresh 100ml orange juice and shake with ice.
Now double strain it. Use fresh orange slice to garnish.
Watermelon Mint Juice
Cut the watermelon and extract the pulp. Put it in a blender and add 4 mint leaves and rock salt to it.
Add sugar as per your taste or skip it if watermelon is already too sweet. Blend it well and make a smooth texture.
Take red, green or black grapes (Half kg) and add them to a jar.
Fill it with sufficient water and let it soak for 6-7 minutes. Put the grapes into a blender and add some rock salt & lime juice to make it little tangy. Blend it well. Serve with fresh lime pieces.
Coconut water with Lime juice
Nothing can be better than this juice during the hot summer days. Take 100 ml coconut water in a jug. You can also add finely chopped coconut meat to coconut water.
