Ingredients Of Olive Gur Chutney

  • 4-5 Tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 bowl of crushed olives
  • 50 gms gur
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp of panch phoron
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp roasted jeera
  • 2 Tbsp honey

How to Make Olive Gur Chutney

1.Heat some mustard oil into the pan.

2.Add gur and mix it well on medium heat

3.Add olive and mix.

4.Then add salt, panch phoron, chilli powder, roasted jeera and cook for a few minutes

5.Finish it off by adding some honey.

2Mooli Walnut Chutney

Ingredients Of Mooli Ki Chutney

  • 1 radish (mooli), grated
  • 9-10 walnuts, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp hung curd (Hung curd is normal curd that has been removed from all the water content)
  • 1 green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mooli Ki Chutney

1.Grate the radish and squeeze it lightly to remove the excess water content.

2.In a bowl mix all the ingredients together.

3.Store it in the fridge. Serve the chutney chilled.

Ingredients Of Zerish (Black Currant Chutney)

  • 100 gm dried black currants
  • 50 gm raisins
  • 20 gm cinnamon powder
  • 5 gm cardamom powder
  • 5 gm ginger powder
  • 20 gm fennel powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Zerish (Black Currant Chutney)

1.Blend all ingredients together with sufficient water to bring it to the correct consistency.
