To get rid of nausea, drink ginger tea throughout the day. You can make your own ginger tea at home also. You have to cut ginger root into slices and put them into boiling water for 15 minutes.
Strain the ginger and drink the water. You can also drink the tea when it’s warm or after it has cooled down a bit.
Take 1 cup of milk and heat it but don’t boil. Now toast a piece of bread and spread little unsalted butter on it. Crumble the toast into warm milk, and eat slowly.
Try Minty Fresh
Mint will definitely help you as it makes your mouth smell pleasant. Peppermint has menthol, which is a digestive aid which helps in treating nausea.
Peppermint tea can treat nausea and vomiting. All you have to do is, just pour a tablespoon of peppermint leaves in a cup of hot or warm water. Then let it cool down, strain and drink.
Slice a Lemon
Did you know that the smell of citrus can cut through the feeling of nausea? Slice the lemon in half and smell it. Make sure you are inhaling and exhaling lemon fully.
