Diwali Special Healthy Recipe: Corn Chaat With Veggie


Corn Chaat is an easy snack, which you can prepare quickly. So if you are busy in Diwali and want to make easy healthy and quick recipe, you should try Corn chaat. Enjoy a bowl of hot corn chaat especially during this Festive season.


  1. 1/2 cup sweet corns
  2. 1 tbsp onion chopped finely
  3. 1/2 tbsp tomato
  4. 1/2 tbsp cucumber
  5. 1 tbsp carrot grated
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder as needed
  7. Chat Masala
  8. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  9. coriander leaves to garnish
  10. 1 tsp Chaat Chutneys each
  11. 1 tsp butter
  12. Salt to taste

How To Make

Pressure cook corn for 4-5 whistles, In a tsp of butter toast corn for few mints until the edges start to turn brown.

In a mixing bowl add corns,onion, cucumber, carrot,tomato, and all the ingredients mix well, and add 1 tbsp chaat masala and green chuntny, lemon juice, salt and give a quick mix.

While serving garnish with sev, coriander leaves and serve. and enjoy tangy corn chaat for this festive season, and stay healthy.
