A new study published in the Lancet Medical Journal says that liver disease will have overtaken heart disease by 2020 with 80,000 working years lost annually. The main cause would be alcohol and obesity.

Apple Cider Vinegar
It helps to detoxify the liver. Mix one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water and add one teaspoon of honey to this mix. You can drink this mixture three times a day to cleanse the liver.
It is a super powerful food for cleansing and supporting liver function. Add fresh beetroots or juice to your daily diet. You can also make liver cleansing salad with 2 cup of chopped or grated beetroots, 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil and the juice of half lemon. Mix these all Beetroots and eat 2-3 teaspoons of it every 2 hours during the day for a week.
