When not to eat oranges
Vitamin C is rich in oranges. Along with this there are also many beneficial elements in oranges. However, in order to get these benefits, you must have to eat oranges at the right time.
Do not forget the orange in the morning and at night. Try eating oranges in daytime. Do not eat orange immediately after eating. Oranges should be eaten one hour before eating or after one hour after eating.
Problems of digestion
Whereas eating orange before foods helps in good digestion and drinking orange juice before eating helps in increasing appetite, but excessive consumption stomach ache and diarrhea.
Blood sugar level loss
Many people start their day with orange juice, but there are also many disadvantages. Drinking more orange juice increases blood sugar levels. In order to maintain the blood sugar levels, orange juice should be consumed in small quantities.
Excessive orange juice intake can cause the problem of weight gain. Carbohydrate present in orange increases the load of the glycemic index in our blood which boosts weight. Consumption of excessive amounts increases the amount of fiber, carbohydrate in the body and also leads to excessive appetite.
For teeth, excessive orange consumption is harmful. The acid in the orange starts to react with the calcium present in the teeth due to which teeth are affected by Bacterial Infection.
Vitamin C is essential for calcium metabolism in the body but to a degree. Your bones may become weak due to excessive consumption of orange. More calcium is released when you consume more vitamin C. In this case, you may be at risk of disease like osteoporosis.
