How To Soak Almonds The Right Way Before Eating?

Place 1 cup of almonds in a bowl.

Step 2

Pour 2 cups of filtered or bottled water to ensure the flavor of the almonds isn’t masked. You have to completely cover the almonds.

Step 3

Leave overnight, or about 7 to 12 hours.

Step 4

Drain and rinse the almonds.

Step 5

You can immediately eat them or pop them out of their skins or store them in an airtight container in your fridge.
