A healthy diet
Diet is very important to maintaining healthy nails. In order to grow strong and healthy nails, include high quality protein-rich foods such as meats, eggs, dark leafy greens, legumes, fish, nuts and seeds in your diet. Also include whole grains, eggs, almonds, cauliflower, strawberries, tomatoes, soybeans, lentils and milk.
