Drain, cool under running water. Add a few drops of oil to the noodles to prevent them from sticking to each other heat some oil to almost smoking point and fry the noodles with salt. make the mixture of vegetables, sliced onions, peppers, carrots, spring onions and mushrooms and the ginger, baby corns and seasonal vegetables and well in the noodles. your noodles salad ready for lunch box.
4. Rava Idli
On a tawa, dry roast the rava until it turns slightly brown In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal and allow the mustard to splutter and the dals to turn golden.To this, add the chopped chillies, coriander and grated carrots. mixture and add the curd to it to make a batter like that of idli batter’s consistency.Grease the idli steamer plates with oil and pour the batter into each area of the steamer. Steam the idlis for 15 minutes.serve with coconut chunety.
5. Vegetable Frankie
