Kadha, also know as healing tea. It is home remedy for many health problems like cold, cough, sore throat, body ache and helps in boosting digestion. Black Peppercorn

It helps in bile juice compilation in liver. It helps in digestion and absorption of zinc.

Bayleaf

Saffron

It is healing ingredient in stomach pain due to acid. It also reduces headache and dry cough.

Turmeric

It is used as anti-inflammatory and decongestant. It helps in detoxification of liver, improves digestion and help in contraction of body tissues.

Recipe to prepare Kadha

Indredients :

  • 50gm fresh Ginger
  • 30gm fresh Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 Cloves
  • 4 Cardamom pieces
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 spoon Fennel seeds
  • 4 Tulsi leaves
  • 4 Black Peppercorn
  • few dry Saffron leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Ghee
  • few drops Honey

Prepration :

Put 4 cups of water in a vessel to boil. Add cinnamon powder, bay leaf, fennel seeds, tulsi, saffron in the water. Now take ginger, turmeric, cloves, cardamom, peppercorn and crush then before adding them in the vessel. Before boil add ghee to the mixture. Now let it boil for 5 minutes. Add honey and serve in cup.
