The accused also shot a video of the rape
According to the first information report registered by the police, the girl was gang-raped by three schoolmates in the school lavatory in December 2017. The accused also shot a video of the rape and threatened to make the video public if she reported the matter to anyone at school or home.
The girl alleged that the accused sexually assaulted her ever since her father went to jail in December 2017. She was first raped by one of the classmates and used the video clip to blackmail her. When the video clip reached the school principal and the teachers about 17 days later, they also joined the accused in raping and blackmailing her.
She was raped numerous times on the Deepeshwar Gyan Niketan premises. “School principal Uday Kumar Singh, teacher Balajee and two male students have been arrested. The 14 other accused are absconding. Raids are being conducted to arrest them,” Ekma police station SHO Anuj Kumar Singh was quoted as saying by the New Indian Express.
Speaking to India Today, ADG (Headquarters) S.K Singhal said that he has sought a report from the Chapra SP regarding this entire incident following which further action will be taken in this case
