An Indian Air Force aircraft MIG-23 crashed in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur. Both pilots ejected safely before the aircraft went down in the Balesar area. This is second such incident in last 48 hours. The aircraft was on routine training mission.
I other incident on Tuesday, an Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH), an Air Force chopper, which was on flood rescue mission, went missing in a deep ravine in Arunachal Pradesh.
According to reports, the debris was spotted on Wednesday but there is no confirmation from Air Force. The helicopter wass was on mission to evacuate people stranded after landslide due to heavy rainfall.
