Are you a person who do not miss sipping a tea or coffee in trains? For some people, their journey is incomplete without sipping that chaiwala’s hot tea.
But when it comes to railways, there are many who always doubt the “Hygiene” factor. Well, what we are going to show you today will fill you with disgust. A video which is doing rounds on the internet can make you feel disgusted as it shows these vendors filling tea and coffee urns with water from the lavatory.
In the video, which was circulated on social media, in the past few days, the video showed a man in a blue shirt inside the toilet of a train in Telangana filling tea cans with water. The train vendor was seen coming out of a train toilet with tea and coffee cans, indicating that water was being mixed in the cans inside the toilet. He then hands over the can to a vendor standing outside the door.
In the train, which appears to be Telangana or Andra Pradesh bound, a man in a blue shirt can be seen waiting outside the ‘western styled’ toilets. As the door of the toilet opens, a man appears to hand over a utensil from the toilet.
At the end of the video, the man recording the video confronts them and they can be seen taking the can filled with dirty water out of the train.

This incident is not something new
In July 2017, a passenger traveling in the Poorva Express found a dead lizard in his meal. The passenger tweeted out to Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu after he found the dead reptile in the vegetable biryani.
Despite promising clean food and hygienic conditions, the Indian Railways continues to find going tough. Railway Minister Piyush Goel last month had told vendors that while quantity may be compromised upon, a dip in quality of food and beverages would be dealt with sternly. Now think twice before you order.
What do you feel after watching the video? Shouldn’t railways take appropriate action against such sellers? Share your views in the comments section. We welcome your thoughts!
