A government education officer in Uttar Pradesh has been suspended for posting an objectionable message on social media about the Pulwama terror attack which claimed lives of 44 soldiers.
The accused is Basic Shiksha Adhikari DK Yadav who was suspended on the recommendation of district authorities here. Not only this the Uttar Pradesh government has taken steps in this connection, according to Additional District Magistrate Amit Kumar.
Many people staged a protest outside DK Yadav’s office over his controversial comment and demanded strict action against him.
Recently, a college professor in Guwahati was arrested by police after her remarks on Indian armed forces following the Pulwama terror attack which took place on February 14 in Jammu and Kashmir that claimed the lives of 44 CRPF jawans.
Papri Banerjee, an assistant professor of English department from Guwahati’s Icon Commerce College, had made a series of absurd and controversial remarks online after the Pulwama terror attack.
“45 brave young men were killed yesterday…This was not war..They didn’t get the opportunity to fight back..This was cowardice of the highest order..It would break the heart of any Indian..But But But What have not the security forces done in the valley! You rape their women..You maim and kill their children…You slaughter their men. Your media constantly demonizes them..And you expect no retaliation?? You know what? The terrorism maybe Islamic, But KARMA is a very Indic, very Sanatana Dharma concept..Go chew on that!” Banerjee wrote on Facebook.

The February 14 attack on the CRPF convoy has changed the dynamics of militancy in the Kashmir Valley. At least 44 CRPF jawans were killed and dozens injured in a terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on the 14th of February.
A 22-year-old Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist Adil Ahmad Dar was identified as the suicide bomber who carried out the attack. Accused of one of the deadliest terrorist attacks the state has ever witnessed, Dar lived just 10 kilometres away from the attack spot in Gundibagh.
