Pakistan wins maiden ICC Champions Trophy, thrashed India with 180 runs victory

Pakistan lifts first ICC Champions Trophy 2017 with huge win over Kohli’s men. Fakhar Zaman scored century to guide Pakistan total with 338/4, while Hasan Ali and Mohammad Amir clinched 3 wickets each to finish India’s lineup at 158 runs.

In the ICC championship final, India won the toss and elected to bowl first. The pakistan openers made a good partnership, with Azhar Ali getting run out at 59 runs. They put a huge target of 338 runs infront of India to chase. Indian batting lineup was thrashed by Amir sending first three batsmen back to pavilion. Pandaya played well at 76 off 43 balls before getting run out, limiting India to 158 runs in 30.3 overs. Pakistan won over India in ICC champions trophy after eight years, and lift first ICC champions trophy.
