Peter England Mr India World 2017 contest was held today and Jitesh Singh Deo from Lucknow bagged the title and he will represent India at Mr World 2020. Prathamesh Maulingkar won the title of Mr India Supranational 2017 and will compete at Mr Supranational 2018. The first and second runner-ups were Abhi Khajuria and Pavan Rao respectively. The winners of the contest were felicitated by none other than Kangana Ranaut. 16 contestants from various parts of India participated to compete for the title.
Mr World 2016 Rohit Khandelwal was felicitated with ‘Icon Of The Year’ award on the show. Apart from models and actors, the contest had finalists from various fields like aviation and engineering among others.
